Tooele County School District is conducting their annual school climate survey. School climate can be defined as the quality and character of school life. We can improve school climate when we understand the thoughts, feelings, and experiences of members of a school’s community. The feedback from these surveys will be used by school educators to help identify specific strengths and weaknesses within each school. This information can be used to make positive changes as part of a school’s improvement process.
House Bill 183 In person learning amendments, received final approval from lawmakers Monday, January 24, and is waiting for signature from Governor Spencer Cox. This will create changes for the Covid protocols Tooele County School District currently follows.
The work session will begin at 7 p.m. to discuss the superintendent search timeline, (A work session is intended to provide opportunities for board members to study issues in depth, gather and analyze information, and clarify situations and potential solutions. The Board will not make decisions or take any action during a work session. While open to the public, these sessions are more informal than the regular board meeting.)
